We ordered the Kintsugi ball as a gift on a special occasion. The quality is great and the item was really appreciated. Also, very clever packaging option including a small pump.
Would recommend!
It took me a while to get the product because of some shipping issues, but the team at Comrade sorted it out for me. Happy to have received the Noir ball. It’s beautiful and looks great
My partner really loved this, as a stamens piece, and the really cool design made it stand out even more☺️.
Den grünen Basketball habe ich im Geschäft gesehen und mich sofort verliebt. Sieht toll aus und fühlt sich gut an. Auch als Hinkucker zuhause sehr schön.
Hello, pump and bag was not delivered. Later on communication was very very poor! I 'll make this review public and warn others not to buy in your shop
Hi Azamat, thanks for reviewing! We could offer you the faster (inflated) shipping instead of the global deflated shipping, straight from Berlin. Also in the cardboard packaging. When you raised the concern, we sent the pump & bag as a second package straight away to Czechia. Hope this solves everything, sorry you feel that this is a 1-star service! All the best!

It’s exactly what I was hoping it would be, it is well worth buying if you’re considering it! I spotted these months ago and delayed buying one and that’s my only regret! Sits perfectly on the stand that comes with the order and looks absolutely unreal on the shelf now! Such a nice unique thing to decorate a space with!
Balls are super good, but the ball stands were broken…
Can you provide to send other 2 new ball stands please?
Great cost, quality, and shipping time! Would def buy again!
Der Ball sieht richtig gut aus und hat top Qualität!
Nichts auszusetzen, sehr guter Bestellprozess, schnelle Lieferung, schönes Produkt!
I’m really happy with the basketball I purchased from Comrade Berlin. It looks great as a display piece and has a really clean, stylish design. The quality feels excellent, and it adds a cool touch to my space. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for something unique and well made!
I was a little surprised to receive a shipping confirmation from China, even though I ordered from a company based in Berlin (?). You can't really say these are “Made in Germany.” I wonder where the balls come from, then.
But the shipping was efficient and fast.
Hi Volker,
we are not saying made in Germany anywhere and also show transparently behind-the-scenes of production on our Instagram! The best balls in the world are made in Asia today.
For the shipping: New drop coming soon, so nearly out of ballholders in Berlin. That's why we shipped the replacement from USA/Asia shipping location from China :)
Glad to hear all went well!

Honnêtement surpris!!! J'avais Commander un de chaque (basket N soccer) il y avais un leger defaut sur les ballons donc apres discussions avec eux ils m'ont renvoyé 2 autres MAGNIFIQUES ballons!!!
got charged and said it was delivered but hasnt been
Hey Rohen, sorry to hear this. Also messaged your privately. Only got notice of your case today via email, please give me a bit of time to solve it with local Australian delivery company. As you know, I don't control the local guy delivering in your city in Australia, no bad intention mate.
Will report back and sure we can solve this - happy for your to review poorly, if we don't deliver but would appreciate more than 1 hour to solve an international delivery issue. Cheers!
The two Balls I ordered are both FANTASTIC great quality and feel super nice but above that they perform and have great bounce of a high quality basketball. Gifted one to a friend and he's gotten nothing but awe and compliments from everyone at his local gym!
Have recommended and will continue to do so
I’m very happy with my Order, everything was perfect, the shipping was a bit long I was afraid it wouldn’t arrive as planned but it all worked out.
Superb design as expected and quality is there, will 100% re-order!
ball got stolen because of bad delivery (not the company’s fault) but even tho it was not comrades fault i still received a new beautiful ball🤩
I am blown away at how beautiful the artwork and embroidery on the Sakura blossom basketball is. This is a quality piece of art that made a fantastically quirky graduation gift for my daughter. You can get a different effect by turning the ball with the blue colouring having been beautifully applied so that the colours are different but blend perfectly. Came with great packaging and superb customer service- I had a query which was picked up and responded to promptly. Highly recommended the products and the company.
