Shipping did not work smoothly at first, but the seller handled it very well and sent it again at his own cost. That was a very kind gesture and shows great customer care. In the end everything arrived perfectly, and the ball turned out to be a really nice gift. I would definitely order again.

Hi Patrick! Thanks for your review, fully understand the frustration. We sent your package right next day with UPS from Berlin and shared tracking number also with you. As you know, someone (might have been your company/partner) told UPS that the package is not accepted. That is also written down in tracking update. Now it is returned, but that is hardly our fault - we are also losing a lot of money for shipping it again. As soon as it's returned Im happy to send it again at my costs! All the best! Leo (founder)

I like the product, but I think you are missing an opportunity of creating a bigger brand by not telling your story or the design meaning.
The products (2 balls) took some time to arrive, but the communication was very good. The product delivery is fine and it has a reasonable balance quality-price. The logo printing quality can be improved, in the green one it had some irregularities. but, overall, happy with the process and the product. I hope they can add more design variety soon.
The ball arrived in perfect condition, looking exactly the same as shown on photos.
In addition, it came with a nice bag and a ball holder.
Shipping to Vienna took 12 days in total, and tracking provided by Comrad was perfectly accurate, updated after every single step of the way.

Title says it all. Ball is of higher quality than I thought it would be. Showed up quick, nicely packaged. Showed it off to all my basketball buddies at the next game. They all were surprised at how nice the basketball was beyond just the obvious visual appeal.
I have them displayed on either side of my fireplace mantle. Looks sharp as hell. Worth the cost.
Came with a custom bag, a hand pump + needle, and a ball stand, quality is nice and the ball plays well, very satisfied with my order
I had a problem with my extra holder and was helped to have a new one. It was sent quicky and I now have a brand new ball holder.
