I have emailed the company 3 times trying to return an additional ball ordered by mistake. But they have completely failed to reply. Not what I would expect from a small startup!

Basketball kam mit guter Pumpe, hatte ich nicht erwartet deswegen war ich positiv überrascht. Ein praktischer Beutel war ebenfalls mit dabei. Scheint alles sehr hochqualitativ zu sein. Leider lange Lieferzeit von ca. 2 Wochen, fand ich aber nicht weiter schlimm
I bought one of your balls because I really liked your product. The first red flag was that it shipped from China. The second one that it was never delivered saying we weren’t home. Nobody called us either. The third and final red flag was when I wrote them via Instagram and email and nobody answered for weeks. This was a gift for 3 kings and I’ll never be able to gift it now.
